By accessing or using Q-Less, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

2. Services

Q-Less provides software tools for digital queue and waiting-list management. We may update, improve, or modify features over time to maintain service quality.

3. Merchant Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account and business information.
• Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain appropriate permissions for customer data collected through your business.
• Keep your account credentials secure.

4. Billing and Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan. You may upgrade or downgrade according to plan availability. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated by Q-Less.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service operations, or use Q-Less for unlawful purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, and content remain the property of Q-Less or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to users except for limited access and use rights under these terms.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance, outages, and third-party dependencies may affect uptime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Q-Less is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use of the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, illegal activity, or misuse of the service. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Q-Less after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
